At Riders Choice Equestrian Supplies and Services we understand that your privacy and confidentiality is important to you. We abide by the Australian Privacy Principles, as set down by the Privacy Act 1988. These principles govern the way we collect and use information, including data security and storage.

The information requested from clients is in order that we can insure the very best of service to you, including contacting you to answer your queries via telephone or email. Your account details remain confidential to each client and your credit details are protected by the latest software security (see Security of Web Location Policy).

We offer assurance that the information collected by Riders Choice will not be used for any other purpose / reason other than for which it was originally intended. The information provided by you, will not be forwarded on, sold or bargained with any other agent / marketer without your express permission.

Product and Pricing Policy

At Riders Choice we endeavour to pass on every saving possible to our clients. Where we are able to buy better – our clients will benefit. Product pricing is subject to change. It is our intention to increase the range of available products for our clients where demand dictates, where products are not in demand they may be deleted from the product range without notice.

Shipping / Delivery and Postage

Riders Choice are able to arrange a variety of ways for you to receive your products. Arrangements can be made for the delivery of farrier / equestrian equipment with regular deliveries being made to the South West of WA, or you can arrange to pick up by contacting us.

With Equine QUIKPAK shipping costs are a low $6.95 within WA or $9.50 interstate. Riders Choice make no profit from the shipping of products to clients. When you order QUIKPAK, the shipping address will trigger the appropriate charge and add it to your bill. You will receive your first Equine QUIKPAK order (28 days worth) within 1 week of you placing your order. If you chose the ‘repeat cycle option’ subsequent orders will be shipped in order that you receive them with 1 week overlap to ensure you never run out. If you want your next shipment to be delayed or sent earlier, just contact us. You can place your order on hold through the Web Location.

Environmental Responsibility

Riders Choice are environmentally aware and take positive measures to contribute to lessening the environmental impact of doing business. We use recycled products for packaging and shipping and actively encourage our clients to take responsibility for the disposal of packaging in an environmentally friendly manner. We do not use plastic bags for our goods and we do not package in plastic wrapping.

Our Equine QUIKPAK, packaging is made 100% recycled material and we encourage our clients to reuse the packaging for a variety of purposes before it is discarded in a responsible manner.

We will continually seek better ways of contributing to the global environmental solution through the processes used conducting our business.

How to use the Riders Choice Web Location

Farriers

By entering the Web Location you can browse the available products by directing you enquiry to the ‘Farrier Product’ page. Through clicking on the product you can view a larger picture and more details about the product and price.

Place any item you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. To finalise your order, you are able to create an individual login and password which enables you to access your account at any future time. Payment details are protected by our state of the art security systems.

Equine QUIKPAK

Users can browse the supplements available through directing their enquiry to the ‘QUIKPAK Product’ page. Each supplement offered is pictured and by clicking on the product you can view active constituents, recommended dosage and product price. If you want to include the item in your QUIKPAK selection – click on the QUIKPAK icon and it will advise the recommended daily dose. You can change the dose or click to accept.
